Fudge to switch Creative
Times online after winning
creative pitch.
Fudge has been appointed
to develop the online
presence of Creative Times,
the magazine produced by
CIDS (Creative Industries
Development Services).
The new Creative Times
site will be a community
driven service featuring
content derived from both
the creative industries and
from the sites dedicated
management team.
The sites main aims will be
to showcase industry news
and comment as well as
creative talent to prospective
buyers through the use of
online portfolios.
Fudge will work with CIDS
to formulate a web focussed
business model to fund
both the development of
Creative Times and other
CIDS activities.
Not only will the work involve
the design and build of the
Creative Times site, but
Fudge has also been tasked
with developing the
organisations main site,
www.cids.co.uk.
The new sites will launch
in April and May 2008.
Next on our plate Fudge
is to brand Simon Rogan’s
new restaurant.
Fudge is to create a brand
identity for a new restaurant
concept from Simon Rogan,
owner of the Michelin star
L’enclume.
Fudge, who created the
brand and online presence
for L’enclume two years ago,
has been tasked with creating
the identity for the new
restaurant which will open
in Cartmel later this year.
Further sites are yet to
be confirmed.
Fudge are to host D&AD
workshop at Urbis
Fudge and Elmwood
bosses will be back in the
classroom this week as
they joint host a special
D&AD Design Workshop
at the Urbis Manchester.
Fudge will set 20 degree
students a branding brief,
and work with them as if
a live agency project.
Gavin Bates comments:
"We are pleased to
be selected to run this
workshop giving young
talent the opportunity
to experience a real
agency approach to
responding to
a creative brief"
It will also give us the
opportunity to look out
for new talent.
