Fudge awarded Investor
In People standard

We were delighted today
to receive our Investor
in People (IIP) standard.

In an industry where the
people that work for you
are your greatest assets
(IIP) was clearly something
that we had to aspire to.

By working towards the
standard we have established
a framework to help us find
the most suitable means of achieving success
through our employees
and as a result we are
already seeing the benefits.
