Fudge - A Marketing Communications Company

We are looking for a meticulous and self driven individual
to join our expanding online marketing team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing
online marketing strategies on behalf of our clients in
order to maximise their visibility. You will also be the
agencies online marketing expert with regards to advances
in online marketing technology and you will be expected
to grow our online marketing offer.

A thorough understanding of Search Engine Marketing,
Pay Per Click, online PR and account management
(both internally and client facing) is essential. You must
also have a genuine enthusiasm for all digital media.

The role will be client facing so you will be required
to communicate directly with the client using where
ever possible laymen terms.

We need a front-end developer to work on a freelance basis. You need to be obsessed with making things pixel perfect and understand how to make invalid css valid.

You'll need to know how to work around browser bugs/differences and be comfortable with javascript DOM manipulation.

We work with a few javascript frameworks (prototype/mootools/jquery) so it'd be good if you could work with those too.

You'd be working closely with our full-time developers and designers.

We're big into Ruby on Rails. We're looking for freelancers that we can use to build project specific rails teams.

You'll need to know rails inside out from generators to rjs. Prototype/Scriptaculous knowledge would be great too.

Salary/day rate is based on experience and you'll need to be within traveling distance of our Bolton office.

You'd be working closely with our full-time developers and designers.
